Versatility is where the Packweight really shines. You are only limited by your imagination. We have had clients use them as:

  • weights
  • purses
  • compression sacks
  • sling packs
  • indoor hammers (hammer throw)
  • gardening sacks
  • double-ended speed bags
  • medicine balls
  • shooting stands
  • tent anchors
  • and impact trainers

Exercises that you can easily perform with a Packweight include: swing, jerk, snatch, military press, curl, butterfly, squat, power press, dumbbell press, dumbbell flyes, dumbbell pullovers, side raises, rear raises, clean & press, weighted pullups, deadlifts, turkish getup, one leg deadlift, one leg squat, concentration curls, hammer curls, shrugs, hyperextensions, good mornings, weighted crunch, weighted situps, leg curls, lunges, medicine ball twist, windmills, 2-hands anyhow, figure 8, floor press, seesaw press, and more.

We even had a client attach the Packweight to the end of his shovel to simulate weighted shoveling.
